I found the hotel staff accommodating . They were attentive to requests. The location was excellent for accessing many attractions, it allowed efficient sightseeing. the on-site restaurant offered convenient dining options after a long day.

The elevator wait times were occasionally long, though I managed by planning ahead.

I found the location ideal. It was close to many attractions and public transportation. The staff was polite and helpful and addressed my needs efficiently. The lobby presents nice decor. IT showcases a modern aesthetic.

The elevator service WAS slow. It occasionally required a short wait during peak hours.

The location is near Central Park and easily accessible to the subway. I walked to many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room had good space and offered a clear street view. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms clean

loose toilet dated room

the location was quite central. i will give them that.

the room was.. not great. it felt dated, and i swear there was rubbish behind the tv cabinet. also, the toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. i'm not sure what kind of updates they were supposedly doing, but they definitely missed a few spots. it was hardly the four-star experience i expected.

I found the hotel's location very convenient , close to Central Park and Times Square. The room was quite spacious for a city hotel. It included a clean bathroom. I requested a kettle upon check in , and it was promptly provided.

There was only one minor issue , a slight delay when waiting for the elevator , especially during peak hours.
